Softball

This summer Jason has been playing in a Softball league with the some of the guys that he works with. It is his first time really playing Softball he has really only played baseball. It took him a while to get use to the bigger ball and such, but he has really had fun playing. Last night was his last game. They were ahead the ENTIRE game, and ended up losing by ONE in the final inning, but it was still a good game.

These aren't all from last night's game. They are actually from about three different games. Sorry the chain-link fence is in most of the pictures, but it was really hard to get around without the threat of being hit by a ball.

Jason waiting to come home.

If you look really close you can see I almost got the exact moment that the bat and ball meet...
Almost. :)

Waiting on second.

Last night's game I braved it and went beyond the fence. Now if only the sun wasn't right behind him.

Getting instructions from the first base coach.
Jason also played mostly in the out field but it's really hard to get a good picture of that. They are all just of him standing out there not doing anything, and they are really far away.
